An Entrepreneur's Snow Day

It's snowing in New York today. 
It makes for a tougher commute around town, but I still have lots to get done inside.
In case you didn't know, I'm also an entrepreneur. 
I am a Human Resources Consultant. The E Riley HR Group provides Human Resources to small businesses, churches and schools.
Since I've chosen not to run my errands today, I decided to use this time to complete some business related tasks. Of course some of my favorite movies are playing in the background, but I've got a policy and procedure manual that needs to be submitted to a client first thing Monday morning!
That's how I spend my snow day!
