Hey Royals!
Winter has officially made its presence known in Brooklyn, New York!
The chill took while to get here,
but now that he is...
he came with power!
This weekend, Blizzard Jonas hit Baltimore, DC & NY 
with a record breaking 26+ inches of snow!

The day before the storm hit,
not only did I do some shopping
for cosmetics-- 
('Grab the Essentials' blog post)
I stopped and grabbed a few
Outfit Of The Day photos!

It's cold! 
So I bundled up with
My new Army Green Bomber (I've wanted it for so long! I finally got it!)

NY has to get ready for snow!
But while everyone is stocking up on 
Milk & Bread
I went to ULTA and restocked on some of my essentials!

Let me introduce them to you!

I guess you can call this post my first
ULTA haul! 
It's a lovely beauty supply store.. an alternative to places like Sephora.
I can find high end products, as well as lower, budget friendly products.
I can almost guarantee you will leave that store with
at least one thing you had no intention on buying!

A chilly day out, calls for a cozy day in!

The blistering wind outside makes it easy for me
to choose to stay inside.
My mom is a tea connoisseur!
Her love for the art of tea &
its paraphernalia has  been common knowledge to me
since childhood.
When she makes you a cup--
no matter the herb or the flavor, I'm convinced:
​they have healing power!

I jetted over there, grabbed one of my new favorite cups...
fit for Royalty (straight out of England)...
found a comfortable spot next to Mommy..
and sip away!
If bad weather means more mother-daughter tea parties, 
I'll take it!
