Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week is not only an events for artists to display their fashions that they've been working on for years, months, weeks and days-- it's an event for all of the fashion obsessed attendees to prance proudly through the streets of Manhattan toting confidence and coveted tickets of entry to all the shows. 
And for yet another year-- I was one of those people. The record-setting, brutally cold NYC temperature pushed the fashion-hungry world travelers and concrete jungle natives into the warmth of the Lincoln Center building even quicker than our normal hustle. 
I'm honored to have been one who got a great view of the wonderful fashions brought to the stage by Arts Hearts Fashion by AIDS Healthcare Foundation Of the several designers that presented that evening, my favorite was Walter Mendez (@waltercollection). His models were perfectly fitted with classic gowns and the right amount of gaudy glitz! Just what the Queen loves! I drooled, ooh-ed and ahh-ed at the beautiful dresses! Oh the places I'll go in them!

Bobby Trendz & Trendz Pad presents: Post NYFW Black & White Social #TrendzBlkNWhiteNYFW To cap off New York Fashion Week, Bobby Trendz held an invite-only event, bringing together fashion and style enthusiasts. On this snowy night in Manhattan, donned in our Black and White, we enjoyed each other's company, and got a chance to explain our niche in the fashion industry and we spoke about our upcoming projects. By the end of the night, we had changed from being strangers to being supporters of each other's dreams. Look out for great things to come from this group! and even more fabulous events from Bobby Trendz and TrendzPad! 
The invite said: No Hat, No Entry! How fabulous is that?! A classic trend made for a classy New York Fashion Week event. @artofastylist hosted this event in Harlem, NYC at the FlameKeepers Hat Club and everyone came equipped with hats that fit their personal style! 
I met some of New York's most stylish! And ran into this fashion-forward gentleman: Terrell Shaw! (@tallrell) Of course, my brother @BobbyTrendz and I were together-- so involved in the night's fabulosity that we forgot to take pictures with each other! 
A wonderful night was had by all-- below freezing temperature considered! Thanks to my mom for this beautiful deep moss green hat, with this wheat colored floral accessory.

(Natural lighting & scented candles) Add a pinch of color with fresh flowers! Pick a cozy corner until work for the day is complete. From my palace to yours, Enjoy!  For years, I've not gone to Jamaica with my parents and sister. Finally, we did it! Unfortunately, it was to pay our final respects to my mom's older brother. But, we still found time to embrace each other, sightsee, eat well, see friends & family and our favorite: laugh. There were so many beautiful moments that couldn't be captured in a quick picture or video, but they are embedded in my heart and mind for life! Here's a glimpse of my time: |
